BITS Pilani contacts potential recruiting companies about two months before the placement season begins. Interested companies submit a Job Announcement Form with job details and requirements. The placement team reviews these details and sends a formal invitation to participate in the campus placement process.

2. Scheduling and Preparation

Once a company is invited, BITS Pilani and the company coordinate to set a mutually convenient date and time for the company's presentation and selection process. The placement team then announces the scheduled visit to the students, along with the job details and eligibility criteria provided by the company.

3. Student Applications and Data Sharing

Interested and eligible students are asked to apply for the announced job positions a week before the company's visit. BITS Pilani compiles the list of applicants and shares their essential details with the company to prepare for the recruitment process.

4. Logistics and Accommodation

To ensure a smooth visit, the company reconfirms their travel plans a week before their scheduled date. BITS Pilani arranges accommodation at the campus Guesthouse (on a payment basis) and assigns a student volunteer to handle logistics, including reserving a presentation hall for the company’s use.

5.Presentation and Selection

During the scheduled visit, the company presents to the students and conducts their selection process based on the applicants' qualifications and performance. The placement team at BITS Pilani assists with the coordination of these activities.
