Step 2: Share:

After the companies accept the invitation, the institute assigns Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to each of the companies. These SPOCs serve as the liaison between the company and the institute, facilitating smooth communication and coordination throughout the placement process.

Step 3: Scheduled:

Once the communication is established, placement drives are scheduled. The companies, in collaboration with the institute, agree on specific dates for the recruitment process, which include pre-placement talks, interviews, and other assessments.

Step 4: Pre-Placement Talks:

Before the interviews and tests begin, companies host pre-placement talks. These talks provide students with insights into the company's culture, job roles, and expectations. It also allows the students to clarify any queries they may have about the recruitment process or the company.

Students participate in the recruitment process by attending tests and interviews. These assessments are conducted by the companies to evaluate the candidates' technical and interpersonal skills, as well as their fit for the roles being offered.

Step 6: Offer:

The final step of the process involves selecting the qualified candidates. Companies roll out offer letters to the candidates who successfully pass the tests and interviews, thereby concluding the placement process for that particular drive.
