Admission



Step 1: Educational Qualification

A Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.

Step 2: Entrance Exam

Accepts scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, or GMAT.

Step 3: Application Submission

Complete the application form available on the FIIB website.

Step 4: Shortlisting

Based on academic performance, entrance exam scores, and other credentials.

Step 5: Personal Interview (PI)

Shortlisted candidates appear for a PI round to evaluate skills, motivation, and alignment with program goals.

Step 6: Final Selection

Admission offers are made based on a composite score, including: Academic qualifications, Entrance exam scores, PI performance, Work experience (if applicable)

FIIB organizes skill development sessions, including: Resume building, Mock interviews, Group discussions, Soft skills and communication workshops

Step 2: Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs)

Companies conduct PPTs to share details about job roles, compensation packages, and growth opportunities.

Step 3: Application Process

Students apply to participating companies based on their interest and eligibility. Shortlisting may be based on academic performance, resumes, or specific company criteria.

Step 4: Selection Rounds

The typical rounds include: Aptitude Tests: Assess problem-solving and analytical skills. Group Discussions: Evaluate communication and teamwork abilities. Personal Interviews: Include HR and technical interviews to assess the candidate's suitability.

Step 5: Offer Letter

Successful candidates receive offer letters detailing job roles, compensation, and joining dates.
