Marwadi University is located in the vibrant city of Rajkot, Gujarat, It is a premier institution of higher learning that has been making a significant impact in the education sector. It was established on 9 May 2016 by the Marwadi Education Foundation through The Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2016. Marwadi Group is a renowned business conglomerate with a legacy of over 50 years. This University was awarded with Best upcoming University of India 2018 by ASSOCHAM National Excellence Awards 2018. Admissions
Step 1: Online Application
Interested students can fill the application form and pay the application fees through the university website or directly via the link below:

Step 2: Counseling Process
If selected, students will be counseled by experienced professors regarding the university, curriculum, and any queries they may have.
In normal conditions, a campus visit is encouraged for personal counseling.
Step 3: Submit the Documents
Once admission is confirmed, students need to submit all required documents to the university for registration.
Step 4: Online Payment
Students must confirm their seat by completing the payment process via NEFT or direct bank transfer, as per their convenience.
Ph.D Admissions – Step 1: Online Entrance Test (MCQs)
Candidates must appear for an online entrance exam.
Note: Candidates who qualify for UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, CEED, or equivalent are exempt from this test. They must upload the relevant certificate/scorecard while applying.
Ph.D Admissions – Step 2: Interview
Shortlisted candidates based on entrance test performance (or exemption) will appear for a presentation and personal interview round.
Ph.D Admissions – Step 3: Declaration of Result
The final merit list is prepared based on overall performance in the written test and interview.
Selected candidates will be offered admission to the Ph.D. program.
Placements
Pre-Placement Activities
1. The placement cell engages students from the start of the academic year with workshops, seminars, and personality development sessions to improve employability.
2. Students are also encouraged to participate in extracurriculars like quizzes, debates, and sports to build confidence and diverse skill sets.
Placement Process
1. Interested students must register for placement by submitting a form to the placement cell.
2. The placement cell shares the registered students' profiles and CVs with recruiting companies.
3. Companies shortlist candidates based on their internal criteria.
4. Shortlisted students attend interviews, group discussions, and assessments.
5. Final selection is done by the recruiters, and the results are communicated to the students.
