Career Development Services (CDS) collaborates closely with the EPGP Student Placement Committee to manage the campus recruitment process, which includes the following stages:

1.Company Invitations:

CDS, alongside the student committee, invites companies to participate in the placement process. Companies may also initiate contact with CDS to express their interest in recruiting from the campus. Following this, companies are scheduled for a pre-placement talk.

2. Pre-Placement Talks:

The pre-placement talk (PPT) serves as an interactive platform for companies and students. During this session, company representatives present their firm's profile, key business operations, work environment, and the opportunities available to students.

3. Application Process:

Students interested in a particular company submit their detailed resumes through the online CDS portal.

4. Placement Interviews:

The final placement process begins in the first week of November and extends over a period of time, providing companies with sufficient time to conduct any necessary customized selection processes. These interviews allow both the company and the student to thoroughly discuss the role and ensure a good fit.

5. Offers and Acceptance:

Following the final interview, companies may extend offers to students, detailing the role, location, remuneration, and other relevant terms. The CDS office communicates these offers to the students. The acceptance of offers is governed by the placement rules set by the EPGP, which may vary annually.

6. Career Development Services:

Before the placement interviews, students can participate in various career support activities designed to enhance their skills and aid in career decision-making. Some of these activities include:
      - Resume workshops
