Admissions
Step 1: Undergraduate Programs
Completion of Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Some programs may require subject-specific eligibility (e.g., Mathematics for B. Tech courses).
Step 2: Postgraduate Programs
A Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university. For MBA/PGDM programs, valid scores in CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, or any other equivalent entrance exam.
Step 3: Doctoral Programs (Ph.D.)
A Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Step 4: Application Submission
Applications can be filled out online via the IILM official website or submitted directly at the campus.
Step 5: Screening
Based on academic qualifications and entrance exam scores (if applicable).
Step 6: Personal Interaction (PI)
Shortlisted candidates attend a PI round (in-person or virtual) to evaluate their aptitude, interest, and suitability for the program.
Step 7: Offer of Admission

Selection typically involves: Aptitude Tests: Assess analytical, verbal, and quantitative skills.
Evaluate teamwork, leadership, and communication.
Include HR and technical interviews to test industry-specific knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
6. Offer Rollout
Selected candidates receive formal offer letters, and the Career Development Centre (CDC) assists with onboarding.
