The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer (IBPS PO) exam is a national-level recruitment examination for appointing Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in various Public Sector Banks (PSBs) in India (excluding SBI). The selection process includes a Preliminary exam, Main exam, and Interview. It is one of the most competitive exams in the banking sector.
