JEE Advanced 2025 is the 2nd official stage of the JEE exam that is conducted for admission in prestigious colleges in India. The students who qualify the JEE Mains 2025, are the ones who can sit for the Advanced exam. The exam is designed to assess the problem-solving, in-depth understanding and skills of the students. It consists of two compulsory papers, both of which include a mix of multiple-choice questions, numerical-based questions, and match-the-following type questions. The difficulty level of JEE advanced is significantly higher than jee main, requiring a strong conceptual foundation and advanced problem-solving techniques.
Clearing JEE advanced allows candidates to seek admission into undergraduate programs at IITs, IISC Bangalore, IISER, RGIPT, and some other premier institutes. The final rank is determined based on the candidate’s performance in both papers, and seat allocation is conducted through the joint seat allocation authority (josaa) counselling process.

- Coordinate Geometry: Straight lines, circles, parabola, ellipse, hyperbola

Examination Dates & Mode of Examination

Steps to Download the Admit Card
- Go to the official website: jeeadv.ac.in
- Select the admit card download option.
- Login using registration number, date of birth, and mobile number.
- Check all details on the admit card.
- Download and print multiple copies for future use.
- Bring the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam center.
Answer Key
The JEE Advanced 2025 answer key will be published by the conducting IIT after the test. It contains the correct answers to all questions from both papers, allowing candidates to compare their answers.
The provisional answer key is initially released, allowing candidates to review and raise objections if discrepancies are found. After reviewing objections, the final answer key is published, which is used for result calculation.
Assessing the Answer Key
Candidates can download the answer key from the official website and compare their responses. By following the marking scheme, they can estimate their expected score before the official results are declared.
Challenging the Answer Key
If an error is found in the provisional answer key, candidates can raise objections through the official website by providing valid evidence. A processing fee is charged per objection, which is refunded if the objection is found to be correct. Once all objections are reviewed, the final answer key is released and cannot be further challenged.
Final Answer Key
The final answer key will be published after careful scrutiny of all objections.
Result Calculation
The final result, incorporating any necessary changes, will be prepared based on the final answer key. Candidates can assess their scores accordingly.
